LEA is a supported project under the umbrella of the Legacy of Excellence Foundation (LEF), a Christian, common-benefit, non-governmental organization (NGO) registered with the Rwanda Governance Board (RGB). LEF's mission is to create better generational outcomes by supporting the multi-dimensional development of youth in Rwanda and across the African Diaspora.
